*Information on how to reschedule your appointment
1. Login into the email you put on the form whenever you scheduled your appointment.
2. Look for the confirmation e-mail from us whenever you scheduled your appointment.
3. Click on the confirmation e-mail from us.
4. Look towards the middle of the e-mail and find "View Appointment Details."
5. Click on "View Appointment Details."
6. Now you have the option to reschedule the appointment to a later date.
